2- the provision of data is not mandatory. The non-conferral of data will result in Zerogrey and/or Replay being unable to execute your order.

3 - Your data  that will be acquired through a request completed by Zerogrey and Replay may be processed within Zerogrey and/or Replay, or it may be communicated outside Zerogrey and/or Replay to companies that are connected to, controlled by or affiliated to Zerogrey and/or Replay or to companies completing market research on behalf of the above-mentioned parties in accordance with paragraph 1) Moreover, within Zerogrey your data may be communicated to staff offices: Accounting, Marketing, Communication, Internet, Sales, General Management, Administration and within the Replay may be communicated to the staff office Accounting, Marketing, Communication , Sales, General Management, Administration, and Retail Information Systems Department in the case of the responsible party and a processor. 4 - any users is entitled to exercise their rights as per art. 7 of the Italian law "D.Lgs. 196/03" on the knowledge of the processing of their own personal data, or its deletion, updating, modification, integration, and anything else envisioned by the same article, id est :

6- Within the two companies the person in charge of processing your data, according to article 7, of Italian law D. Lgs. 196 del 2003, is Guido Meak of Zerogrey and Dott.ssa Nadia Bettarello of Replay. The complete list of those responsible for your data is available at the corporate headquarters of Zerogrey and Replay.
